Our policy lasts 15 days for regular items and 7 days for handmade items received damaged. If 15 days for regular items or 7 days for handmade items received damaged have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

1. If your product is damaged or has any issues, we will do a return/exchange only if it is within the above mentioned policy range (15 days for regular items and 7 days for handmade items if received damaged). We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for return. If approved we will ask you to send the product back to us. Once received we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you.
2. For orders that customers want to return even though it does not have any defect/damage/torn/an error from our side, you will be issued refund minus shipping costs and a 35% restocking fee on the unopened packages or 40% restocking fee on the opened packages.
3. Top Selling World do not provide return shipping labels under any circumstances / situations.
4. Please strictly note that returns will not be done for the items that are being delivered but the receiver does not want to pay their respective countries taxes and refuses to accept the order. These orders are usually UPS OR DHL Shipped Orders and lot of times they are not sent back to us. Hence we would not do any kind of refund on these orders. Paying Respective countries custom tax can be applicable to few countries.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and sometimes also pictures if we ask for.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
-Book with obvious signs of use
-CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Incorrect size refunds, please do make sure you order the right size by inches or cm's measured. Oriental sizing is very different to our UK or USA sizing. All sizing refunds will be measured manually and if they comply with the given size chart for that item you may not get your refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please be reminded that the refund amount will only be the cost of the product, shipping cost will not be refunded back on any terms and conditions.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
